I got caught shoplifting, and I gave false information?

I am going to court for pety theft. I got arrested and then released after being bailed out. I gave a fake social security, because I feared being deported. Now im going to court next month and now really fear being deported because of the fake socialI got caught shoplifting, and I gave false information?

you shouldn't have been shoplifting in the first place. if you really wanted the item, you should have waited until you had money or borrowed the money from a friend. Now, no matter what you do, you will be deported. I wish you the best, though, and next time dont shoplift or give fake i.d.
i think they will deport you for the falsely identifying your self and the person who has that ss# is going to be pissed off when they get picked up for failure to appear in court even if they get off cause of the prints don't match

honestly all that fake social security number gave the cops is that you had no criminal record appear when they ran it shouldn't come up in court. so show up or they will come and find you and if they have to do that then they will do further checking and find out it is fake
hey well done now you will be deported.


if you do not show up at court there will be bench warrant issued for you.





once they catch you and they will you will spend time in jail then get deported

You have converted a minor misdemeanor to a felony. Nice job. you can stay in the states with a misdemeanor in some cases. You can't with a felony. Pack now.
Thats not an advice to do something illegal, but if I were in a situation that is similar to yours I'd just leave town, they'd have no way to track me because in their record - I won't be exist.
