I recently won a contest, but i used false information in attempt to gain more entries. I now have to fill out an affidavit in order to receive my prize. what does the law state on this and what would you suggest i do?False information on contest winnings?
well did you win under your real name and information or did you win under all false information?
IF you won under false info dont claim it just incase something backfires
