Um what kind of false information...like saying you've never been convicted of a felony, when you just got out of the slammer? Or giving a fake reference?
They will probably fire you if they find out. It will be pretty embarrassing to get escorted out by security.What are the consequences that the employee would get for giving false information?
Without any additional information I would say termination of employment.
