I would report that to trading standards just the same as any other fals advertising [not on internet]
Trading standards. If you google it you will get a site to find your local office. They deal with companies that arent dealing fairly, false advertising and generally ripping innocent people off x
If you've had unsatisfactory dealings with them try Consumer Direct. Otherwise Advertising Standards Authority
