Can we sue the media for false information?

Where not CNBC's anchors admiting fowl reporting live with Ron Paul's opening statement 2009.02.25?

Not that i agree with RP but this is un fair reporting,, proves how bias they are to participate in propaganda and lies what you guys think?

Here is the link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aW2V50AS7鈥?/a>Can we sue the media for false information?
Seriously, we should sue the media, law enforcement licenses are mandatory for reporters but for anchors, no, they can take words form there places kike the corrupted scribes moses warned the world about in the bible who will change words from place to place with a pen.Can we sue the media for false information?
If it were legit reasoning and proveable in court.Would make critics out of every lawsuit hound in the coutry, it might even be the new frontier.

But that would be a hornets nest or a butt load of trouble, reporters are known to be pretty shrewd.
The media has gotten away with far too much over the years. Unsubstantiated reporting should be noted as being unsubstantiated so that the public knows.

- Pepper.
sorry but after hearing her say that Ron Paul got free air time i am convinced AIPAC and criminal ultra capitalists pigs paid off the news station.
a class action against the media could help america WAKE UP BEFORE ITS TOO LATE!
Go ahead.

Take the case to its logical conclusion.
Okay sue them.I agree with you.
People do sue the media all the time, especially broadcast stations like PRO ISRAEL ones,

for example once WCBS in NY used footage they had never got permission for by the owner who shot it, CBS thought they snatched and copied a by standers video camera until they found out he was also a private investigator after they aired it with out his permission.

Most stories in the news come from Associated Press (AP), the rest are from News Reporters who carry a updated license and who can provide stories an evidence to back them up so the networks do not breech agreements with the local and national authorities which could violate citizens rights, in most popular cases been violation of privacy.

For example in the State of NY, the news cameras are allowed to use anything they taped out side n the street, even if it is you naked in your home standing in the window, how ever, they can not video tape even a interview that can stand up in court unless the district attorney can indict someone based on hard evidence., so what they do is shoo from the street while record the audio in person, in cases where stories they cover can not be delayed by the DA's office's approval for further investigating, so to put it simply, the DA and the Networks work hand in hand, some stories are used as evidence to indict criminals.

But in the case of politics as we see here with Ron Paul, it should be clear by networks that the OPINIONS EXPRESSED BY THE ANCHORS ARE NOT NECESSARILY BACKED BY THE NETWORK, i watched the video and she said Ron Paul for free air time, which means what, AIPAC pays for it?

That is a criminal offense n my opinion if true, the public should sue them for that one, the evidence is there, the public should also put pressure on Obama and the White house to present the names and firms of wall street investors they bailed out, like they already did to US citizens who where investigated for possible tax frauds using Swiss Bank Accounts.

My closing statement is simple, people have to act now using the law and by the law an stand against the law if the law makers are corrupted to expose them too., i think we are run by criminals in the white house and israel personally.
