What to do when contracts are signed under false information. they told me it was not a contract?

They told me I signed the rules and regulations, not a contract. now im getting suedWhat to do when contracts are signed under false information. they told me it was not a contract?
The contract is invalid if you can proof it.

It also depends what you actually mean by false information.

If you are getting sued, then get a lawyer. This is one of those times you need their expertise. What to do when contracts are signed under false information. they told me it was not a contract?
TinaTracy, please quit recommending the Better Business Bureau to solve problems!

They are totally worthless, they have no legal authority, they will not spend time and money to assist the consumer. They are a group of business owners who attempt to ';self regulate'; themselves.

You don't go to a fox to complain about another fox killing our chickens, do you?

In this case. unless you have a witness to support your claim, you are not going to have a good case.

Any time you sign anything, the judge will assume that you have read it first. That's why you have to sign them!

And your excuse about it only being ';rules and regulations';? Isn't that what a contract is?

I'd need more info to advice you further. Just let them sue you and let the judge decide.
I would contact the better business bearu and then consult with an attorney. If you are eligible legal aid should be able to help you or at least give you some legal advice.
Youre screwed unless you have a good lawyer or a good witness
