Can i sue a SRS worker for false information and putting my fiance behind bars?

my fiance and i had a meeting at the srs office and it didnt go well and he stared at the worker and didnt say anything and she went and told his probation officer that she felt threatened by that and he is now incarcerated for it..what can i do with his lawyer to help him on this with the evidence..Can i sue a SRS worker for false information and putting my fiance behind bars?
You can do nothing, and since your fiance was on probation he can also do nothing about it. When you are on probation, it is the discretion of the probation officer to decide if he violate his terms.
