You are on your parents insurance and the company required you to send in a report card or registration form (college). If you send in false information and they look into it, what can happen? i know it depends on company policy. Could any legal action take place? By the way, no insurance company will accept a form or report directly from you. They require this information be sent directly to them from the school.. and it has to have the school seal on it.
