Thats a carefully worded phrase. That AP article broke before she was ready to say anything. So she denied it but left a loop hole so that she can still admit defeat later
I think that someone inside her campaign leaked the story to the press. She had no choice but to deny it. She will eventually concede the primary, but wants to do it on her terms, not through an anonymous leak to the AP.
There was a black man, with glasses, sounded like a preacher, talking about the government and AIDS and USKKKAmerica or something.





He pulled that AP reporter aside and said he was a Clinton aide.
No, this is how the game is played. She has paid her staff until June 15th and her campaign has been dismantled. She has no more stops after today.

Howard Ickes has been telling Hillary's super delegates exactly that. The press most likely got it from one of them. The Clinton camp pulled back because they wanted to control the story.
