Both kids are 13.Is it an offence for someone to deliberately give social services false information about a child?
If she meant what she said you would have heard from social services by now. Take no notice, you have done nothing wrong. I would have given him a clip too if he had done that to my child. Doesn't that make him a peeping tom? That's an offence. She's bluffing. Take care, god bless. xxIs it an offence for someone to deliberately give social services false information about a child?
Well she would be well within her rights to do so, if she has seen you hit a child, she arguably has evidence to suggest that you are not safe to have children in your care, she could also report you to the Police for assaulting her child. A sad state of affairs in society these days where parents do not back each other up in discipline of children but legally she is well within her rights.
Yes it is. But technically, you did abuse the kid. You cannot even touch a minor that isn't your child without consent of the other adult, and anything that was meant to do harm is considered some type of abuse.
But while you shouldn't have done what you did, I do sympathize with you, and wish you the best of luck.
