If it does, what does it violate?Does releasing false information to the public, violate the constitution?
No it does not, but it is a Federal law depending on how the information is being put foward and for what use.You got to stop listening to him. His whole 7 years have been false and misleading. If it wasn't for him alqada would not be in Iraq. This adminstration knows exactly how to play the game, The FEAR game that is. He should have been impeached for what he has done. It amazes me that Clinton was impeached for something so stupid, yet numbnuts is still standing. Go figure.Does releasing false information to the public, violate the constitution?
You need to be more specific in regards to false information.
For example, if you tell the ';public'; that if you buy this car, you will get a warranty.
Or You tell the public that John Smith molested, raped, is a thief, etc. and it is not true.
There is a lot of different LAWS that could be violated where the victim could take YOU to small claims court.
But, I do not believe there is an arrestable offense.
Be more specific.
Some Government reports are required to be
signed, and the signer is responsible for accuracy.
Just telling a lie is only punishable in the court
of public opinion.
By whom?
What is entailed in the information?
Whom does it effect?
You have left too much out to have this answered.
No.
If that were the case half the people on Yahoo Answers would have to go to jail.
Generally, no.
